Hi! Welcome to the Challenge.

We created the 10-Week Body Sculpt Challenge program in 2005. Since then, we have maintained the same principles in our approach to a well-rounded fitness and health program:
  • Designed for people of all fitness levels
  • Personal training in a group setting
  • Great workouts and lots of fun
  • Individuals work at their own pace
  • Community-based, group camaraderie

We offer 3 unique aerobic classes that rotate every Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. The format for these classes ranges from punching and kicking combinations on the heavy bags to circuit-training and sports agility drills to fat-burning non-stop movement series with kali sticks. Every week, we build on the skill level and add new combos and moves. We also do 3 Fitness Check-ins over the 10 weeks - push-ups, sit-ups, and a kick / knee combo to showcase your physical fitness improvements. Circuit Training - 1 of 3 aerobic class variety each week

Total Body Strength - 2 classes every week

We have 2 different total body strength training classes that take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. We have 6 intensity levels of resistance bands to strengthen and tone. The strength training classes are progressed over the 10 weeks and we incorporate balance and medicine balls to improve core, balance, and flexibility. Our classes are not your typical gym classes - you will never be bored, and will be motivated to keep coming back.

Healthy eating is essential to achieve body sculpting goals and important for fitness performance in the program. We provide nutritional guidance and structure with our sensible nutrition checklist, daily food logs, and weekly emails with tips and recipes to keep you committed to your goals throughout the 10 weeks. To keep you on track, we do body weight and inches lost measurements every 3 weeks.

Our instructors are highly experienced and knowledgeable in instructing Body Sculpt classes. Each instructor has their own unique teaching style, which makes every workout truly different.

The instructing team's focus is to provide you a good workout, make it challenging within your own skill and fitness level, and to motivate.

We encourage each member to engage with our instructors. Our instructors want to know your strengths, weakness, and motivations so they know how to modify or intensify your workouts. Tell them what you need and they'll help you workout to your fullest potential.
