MKG MAX10 KICKBOXING BOOT CAMP CHALLENGE

The MKG MAX10 Challenge is a Kickboxing Boot Camp-style fitness immersion that meets 5 days a week for ten weeks. (Five week options are available.) We have been helping people achieve their goals since 2005 by focusing on the following core principles:
- Designed for people of all fitness levels
- Personal training in a class setting
- Cross-training workouts that are always fun
- Work safely and at your own pace
- Building a peer-level positive support group
- Keep on track with measurements and goal setting
We guarantee our cross-training methods will keep you challenged and focused. Our "personal training in a class setting" philosophy allows each person to set and attain their own goals. The instructing team's focus is to provide you a good workout, make it challenging within your own skill and fitness level, and to motivate. You won't just be exercising but building your confidence and improving your physical attributes at each week of the session.
A Grand Prize is awarded to the full-program enrollee with the most significant physical change. Prizes are also awarded to participants in each time slot for participation and attendance.

Participants choose one class time to attend:
6:30 am Monday thru Friday
9:00 am Monday thru Friday
6:00 pm Monday thru Friday
8:05 pm Monday thru Thursday; 9:00 am Saturday
